At their look to the Chelsea-related news stories from the media, they claim that they have reportedly reach an agreement with Real Madrid on how much to pay for Eden Hazard.
There are several reports claiming a fee has been agreed for the transfer of Eden Hazard, including one in the Guardian.

The newspaper says the Belgian will become Real Madrid’s third summer signing after Eder Militao from Porto and Eintracht Frankfurt's Luka Jovic, adding:

"Eden Hazard is set to join Real Madrid after the Spanish club and Chelsea agreed a fee in the region of €100m (£88.5m) plus add-ons."

The report claims a fee had not been agreed at the time of the Europa League final when Hazard indicated he expects to leave Chelsea this summer, but the figure was settled upon on Wednesday night with the announcement set to follow in the next few days.

"The two clubs are now preparing the contracts to be signed," the Guardian suggests.

The other two Real’s purchases since Zinedine Zidane returned as their manager have cost £44m for defender Militao and £57.7m in the case of striker Jovic.
